She is very knowledgable about nail shap...es and where the apex should be on my nails to look their best. The salon is very clean and sanitary. Ivy makes me look and feel like a million bucks! I am a super-picky client, and I have never been disappointed with the service of any of the Technicians. I have been going to the Salon since it ope...ned. Took my mom with me to spend her birthday together, and the staff were so kind to her! Mom and I always go separately, but we had fun. I always tell the technician what I want and how, and they are accommodating. I have never requested a specific tech; they are all excellent. length and color is good but the filing is terrible. I got GelX so shaping shouldn't be a huge task. My nails are not the same length and shape, they ...look like a high school kid did them. They almost look like press ons. They also have glue all over the edges and under them. Show more
