Respectfully yal cant be mad that yal are tryna save money on low quality hair and bring it to me to do the high quality hair style you wanted. You asked for a side part closure but had a circle closure. We tried other styles after the hair you bought with the style you wanted wasnt to your liking. I worked an extra 2-3 hrs. It was 14-16 inches but u wanted a pixie. Yal make me work harder tryna lease yal and yal cant even do the simple task of purchasing the correct hair. I have photos of what you wanted, brought and what i did as always please stop being mad at yal selves and taking it out on me. I can only reply as a response and cant show both sides of the story as yal show or speak on what you feel I did wrong. Its the hair your bringing me but ill just up my prices and provide everything, forget the low income people like you and ill get everything done for those who can afford it so things get done the way its supposed to. Yal book bc my pricing is low and the benefit of a no deposit fee which I provided bc i get the struggle out here. Sooooooo u peeped that and seen shown work that I can do a quick weave but I also provided the correct ALL HUMAN hair for those.

So I reached out to the braider for a partial refund due to the braids being messy. She said she would, but instead did not. She took 45 minutes to se...parate the hair prior to starting to braid my hair. The entire appointment took 10 hours for smedium braids. I asked for the hair not to be braided to the ends and to have it wavy, she said she could and said ok. But I did not get what I asked for and the stylist chose to be unprofessional by trying to go back and forth with me. She got upset I didn’t feed into it. So she’s 22 and young and works out her house with her sons, I wouldn’t be going again. Show more

I generally avoid posting negative reviews, but after encountering another customer's similar experience, I believe it's necessary to share my own. I ...had an appointment with Kyla on March 12th. While she was friendly, I was disappointed with the results of my hair. To start, I observed that the place was not clean at all, but I chose to ignore this since my focus was on the hair appointment. The workspace felt uncomfortably warm and poorly ventilated, and the seating—a small, hard stool—made it hard to sit comfortably. Furthermore, the lack of music or a television made the experience somewhat awkward, particularly when conversations faded and silence took over. Regarding my hair, after the service, she did not provide a mirror for me to view the final result; instead, she suggested I look at my reflection in the window. At that moment, I thought it looked acceptable, but I was taken aback by the lack of a mirror. I could have asked for one, but I assumed she didn’t have one since she didn’t offer, which is quite unusual for a stylist. I also hesitated to request to use the bathroom to check the mirror due to the uncleanliness of the house and the late hour—I simply wanted to leave. However, once I got in my car and checked my mirror, I realized how bad my hair actually was, which was frustrating as it did not meet my expectations and I just felt like she played in my hair. I spent $140, which I feel was essentially wasted, although she was nice enough to offer a discount, the price still felt unjustified for what I got, and I’m beginning to think she only provided the discount because she recognized how poorly my hair turned out. I could have reached out to her to discuss my concerns either that day or the next, but I doubt it would lead to a satisfactory resolution. I believe she would not be inclined to offer a partial refund given my strong dissatisfaction with the hairstyle. Even if she were open to making adjustments, I would likely decline, as I wouldn’t trust the process anymore and would prefer to avoid returning, especially since I've already expressed my disappointment with the style, which would create an uncomfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately, just a week after my appointment, my locs began to unravel. This was my first experience with soft locs, and I am certain that they should not come undone so quickly if applied properly. Now, I am unable to style my hair as I wish since the locs are barely intact, forcing me to keep my hair in a bun until I can have it done again. Given this experience, I have no intention of returning, as it felt like a significant waste. For a hairstyle costing over $140, I expect it to last longer than two weeks.... Show more

Again if you do feel i am not doing something right, as the client and the person coming out of pocket please speak up, closed mouths dont get fed once again. I have a mirror on me at all times if you do choose to see your hair and w/e does not work for you. Its my job to meet your standards, I do admit i tried a new loc technique due to you originally booking twits with no time to get your loc hair, so if it didnt accomodate you i apologize. I am always more than happy to fix or change anything there is a problem with, its just communicating. Just as we did to reschedule your appointment multiple times feel free to reach out after about anything as well. Again thank you, im glad another review was able to influence you to let me know how you felt. I do offer travel services if my home surroundings aren't to your liking.
