      DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS: A $45 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This is for "Every Appointment". Deposit will be deducted from final balance. PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Zelle or Cash….No Exception ZELLE INFO: Lillian Te’Laurie HRC 773-710-8893 HAIR LOSS CONSULTATION: Hair loss consultation, Hair & Scalp Analysis or Dietary Assessment Services is available for booking ONLY on Tues, Wed, and Thurs. Hair Loss Service with or without styling is available for booking Tuesday - Saturday DETANGLING SERVICE FEE: Hair must be completely detangle before coming (No Exceptions) or your service will be cancel and you will be require to pay for the "Canceled Service". If you need Detangling Service, please select this service as a add-on. CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOW: Appointments must be canceled “48 hours” Before your appointment or you will be charge a "Late Cancellation Fee" Late Cancellation Fee: 50% of the service No Shows: 100% service cost. After 2 Cancellation, you will be required to submit the full payment of service cost at the time of booking your next appt. LATE FEE: Running late, Call first or you will be charge $15 20-30 min late: Appt will be cancel and you will be required to pay 50% of your service cost. If I am running late due to unforeseen circumstances from a previous client, I will reach out to you.
