Mariah, I’m sorry to hear that. Please let your artist know at the end of the service if there is anything we can change so that you leave satisfied with your service. I always ask my clients at the end of each service if they like their set or if there is something we can fix. That would be a great time to make any changes so that you leave happy. If you are ever unsatisfied you are also welcome to keep in touch with your artist to schedule a removal as well because we want you to avoid pull out your lashes and causing damage.
