I would give zero stars if I could. Take your money elsewhere. I’ve been here several times under the new braider (Amber/LeeLee) and each trip was wor...se and worse. I know you’ll ask well why go back? We’re limited on braiders and I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Gave her 3 strikes. She has no respect for the clients time. If she sets an appointment, just show up late because she is. You can set it a month in advance and she still won’t have everything needed for your hair. Last week was my daughter’s birthday and I set up an appointment for 10:30am. At 9.36 am I get a text from her cancelling a spot less than an hour away. I was pissed but let it go because her son was allegedly sick and she rescheduled the appointment for the same time this Thursday. The day before I get a text asking me to confirm a 1:00 appt. I reply back informing her if the actual time we set. Then I contacted the store owner and sent screenshots. She apologized many times. Fast forward to today. I took my daughter for a 1 pm appt, no surprise that another client was still in the chair not even 1/2 done. I went to a dr appointment and came back where she was just starting my daughter’s multiple times pushed back appointment at 3 pm🤬. I asked her how long before she’s done and she said an hour which would be 4 something. Please explain how an hour equated to 6:25 pm? I’ve missed work 2 days for this lady and her shenanigans. I grabbed my daughter and left. After all of this she had the audacity to call the police, I walked right up to them and told them what happened and they sent me and my daughter on our way. Let’s add that she asks you to book on her website booksy which charges you a deposit that she doesn’t take out of the total when it’s time to pay. This appt was already paid in deposits Show more

The police are pushing a case through for charges of fleeing and refusal to pay... how classy of you to take time to leave a review knowing you walked your 6yr old all through the mall to avoid paying 75 for a service provide. Point blank period no excuse for your behavior or the behavior your daughter thinks is normal.Nor is there one for calling a 16 yr old a b" and bullying her. I handled it properly and one bad mad person review don't stop MY show. Stay blessed and see you in court.

Did amazing on my daughter's hair. It looked so nice and beautiful when finished. I would like to add, i gave 4 stars only because my apt was at 10A...M and wasnt seated until after 11AM and had to message to let her know we were there and would walk around mall til she got there. I would have loved to have heard im running late rather than me texting to figure out if there was some kind of confusion. I also was frustrated with the entire payment portion of it all. We are prompted to book here and requried to put down our deposit yet once the remainder of payment is due its a hassle. Instead i had to use the ATM at the mall and inquire their fees on top of my bank fees. I know next time to just get the remainder of payment since the original payment source doesnt work. Besides those minor things she did wonderfully and worked fast. It took many hours but other than taking a drink or using the restroom she worked very hard. She was also honest about a deal she had going and i appreciated that 🙂 Show more
