Hi Jilana, I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with your lashes, that’s never my goal for any client. During your appointment, we did go over a few different styles, and you chose to switch from your original ANIME set to a WISPY volume and then a WET set. I did explain that a wet set can have a more textured, “gapped” due to your natural lashes and isn’t for everyone, just to make sure expectations were clear. As for pricing, you were charged based on the final service selected, which was the wet set. I always aim to be transparent about services and pricing during appointments. There was no "Overcharging" I also let you know at the end of your appointment that if you weren’t happy, you could reach out and I’d gladly fix or adjust them for you.
