The service was bad and result is terrible. I came in with good length of hair (first picture attached), showed the barber a clear reference of the st...yle I wanted (second pic), but instead of following it, he just chopped off the length without any shape or consideration for how it would look. The end result was awful (third photo). In only 20 minutes he destroyed months of growing my hair because he completely ignored the shape and the finer details that make a haircut. When I asked him to fix it he responded tensely and showed no real intention of making it right. The service felt careless, at times even rude, with no attention to the client and no desire to achieve a good result. Show more
