Too rough. Insulting. Blow dryer heat was initially too hot until I told her it was burning me. She misclassified my hair as 4C only because it was dr...y. Very frustrating to be misclassified and have someone be so rough. I did not appreciate this.

I don’t do a lot ...with my hair normally and she was so gracious when I had to come back because I’d messed up my hair due to lack of scarves in my house.
