I am very sorry to hear about the negative experience and miscommunication regarding these appointments. I understand your frustration, and I would like to clarify several points. As a business owner, I have the right to refuse or cancel service to disrespectful clients and provide a full refund, as I am not a thief. I am baffled by the client's dishonesty. She arrived 90 minutes late, knowing another client was due shortly after, and falsely claims I said I was going home (I had two more appointments that day). This situation began with a client who booked late at night, misrepresented her child's age for a discount, and then became irate. The 2nd appointment I explained that Booksy clients are prioritized because they pay deposits, but she refused to listen and website client are considere as walking. Of course she was prioritize. Her excessive messaging and subsequentanger were unwarranted. Due to these issues and the pressure on my schedule, I could not accommodate her and offered an immediate refund. However, the client became irate and threatened negative reviews, damage to my business, and resorted to insults. I strive to provide excellent service and maintain a professional environment, but I insist on respect for all. I can't accept dishonesty or pressure to compromise my schedule and other clients. I'm glad you love the braids overall, but I'm very sorry to hear that some are coming out. To better understand the issue, could you please share a picture of the front of your hair, where you mentioned the knots are secure? I always braid according to the agreed-upon size, and you purchased the style knowing the hair was slightly shorter. The front section, which has longer hair, seems to be holding up well. Seeing a picture of that section would help me understand why the back is behaving differently and how we can address this.

I am so sorry you didn't like your hair please feel free to come anytime I will redo your hair for free. I really apologize. Choose your desired style and I will do it. However, you booked for straight back cornrows, 8 to 12 conrows ($115), and you came and changed the style to something that was ($280). I said no I can't do that because I wouldn't have the time to finish them. You replied it's fine you can just do another style but not straight backs, which was booked. Because your hair was short, I did more than 20 conrows on your head without uping the price. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. Please feel free to come I my shop to redo your hair anytime.
