This appt was for my 17 yr old son and was this was his 2nd having Beauty do his hair. The 1st time was awesome and was also his first time ever getti...ng twists or anything really done to his hair and so this definitely we were coming back for his wash and retwists and it came out even better than the first time. I didn't think that was possible! Beauty is very up front about how much it will be, which I do like...And with it being my son's first time she explained how to take care of his twists/hair and was very compassionate and made it very comfortable for my son, he told me he was falling asleep while she was doing it. We already talked to her about what he wants to get done with his hair when he comes back in another 4-6 weeks! We Love ❤️ You Beauty and Thank you for being so patient 💕 with us and our questions! We will see you back in a few weeks!!! He is Loving his hair!!!

The stylist who did my daughters’ hair was NOT the issue; their hair came out very cute, and I was pleased with her work. My disappointment is specifi...cally with the owner and how my appointments were managed. I booked two appointments weeks in advance for 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. There was poor communication beforehand about what was required, and after specifically asking the owner about the hairstyle. If hair was included and being told she had everything at the store, I was charged an additional $9 for hair that I could have purchased myself for about $2; $5 for 2 balls on their hair. While my first daughter was getting her hair done, the owner called and told me my second daughter’s 1 p.m. appointment needed to be moved to 3 p.m. I explained that I had to work at 4:30, but there was no real consideration for my schedule. I was told to come at 3 p.m., so I arrived around 3:10 after texting to let her know cause I was in a work meeting. When I arrived, both stylists were still working on other clients and were only about halfway through full heads of braids. I waited, and my daughter’s hair was not even started until around 5:30 p.m. We did not leave until approximately 8:50 p.m. for an appointment that was originally scheduled for 1 p.m. I ultimately had to miss work so my daughter could have her hair done for the first day of school. Plus I had to be there with my 2 young kids past bedtime. What bothered me most was the lack of accountability from the owner. She was nice and sorry but I repeatedly heard about how busy and difficult the day had been for her, but there seemed to be very little consideration for the fact that her scheduling decisions caused me to spend nearly six hours there and miss work. There was not even an offer of a discount or another gesture acknowledging the extreme inconvenience. Again, the stylist was not at fault, and the hairstyles came out cute. My issue is with the owner’s communication, scheduling, unexpected fees, and lack of consideration for clients’ time. Unfortunately, because of how the situation was handled, I would not recommend booking here if punctuality is important to you. If you do book, I strongly suggest confirming all additional fees and your appointment time beforehand.

I absolutely 💕 when new clients ✍🏽 a review because that’s the only way I can truly review them too. You booked a service for both your daughters then sent a picture. For those reading you booked a $80 cornrow but proceeded to send me a photo wanting a $90-$100 design Stitched Fulani hairstyle. From the beginning 🚩BUT I’m not the stylist to just cancel on a client I contacted you & explained the styles you wanted is going to take longer because you didn’t book correctly. I didn’t change the price I left it at $80! When last you went to a hair store? no pack of hair is for $2! It was clear that you had a problem with PAYING when the service was done and you were to make the balance of payments you tried to tell me your husband ALREADY paid I had to INSIST that I didn't receive any payments. So you wanted to leave and only pay the deposit for 2 of your daughter Fulani hairstyles that included beads, bubbles and braidng hair that I had to go to the store and purchase! Let’s not mention that your kids left my salon waiting chair a MESS , with all the snacks they took and remember you didnt even pay for those either. 👀. Your kids almost took my fridge door off…I DID text you and even called you several times, I explained to accommodate your appointment I would have to switch times etc it's was really hectic you said OK so I’m not sure why you're acting as if you were just at the salon without any communication your real issue is payments.
