I had previously liked the work, but after getting a service done here recently, it was a total disappointment. One of the services I received was las...h clusters. As soon as she finished, I mentioned that one of the clusters was bothering my eye. She adjusted it slightly, and it felt better for the moment. However, as the days passed, the clusters started falling off — by day two, almost one eye was completely bare. I felt embarrassed and confused as to why they were coming off so quickly. I contacted Esmeralda multiple times — Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday — and only received a reply on Friday. She insisted that all communication be handled “professionally” through email, but never actually took the time to listen to my concerns. She could have given me a call. I was in severe pain from one of the clusters irritating my eye, and I eventually had to remove it myself, which was extremely painful. I truly hope no other customer is treated the way I was. In the end, I let her keep the money, but I will never return. Show more

You mentioned the cluster lashes felt uncomfortable and we offered both a partial refund and a service credit as a solution at that time. Cluster lashes are a temporary service, and proper aftercare plays a big role in longevity and comfort.
