Carlos is always professional and on time. He took care of me and my son the same day. I highly recommend you book your appointment on Booksy. It is s...uper convenient and no second guessing what his availability is. I've been in customer service many years and I understand how difficult customers can be when they don't book an appointment appropriately. He'll do his best to take care of you, but as a customer, it's also your responsibility to be a good client and know how your baber operates for the best experience. At the end of the day he's a person too. So whom ever left those negative reviews is obviously new or not understanding that life happens. We expect too much without being flexible ourselves. Enough said. My experience has always been stellar!! You take care of those who service you well and they will take care of you back. Show more
