Had my first body tempering session yesterday with Beezy at Texas Body Tempering. Awesome guy, really knowledgeable and clued up on how the body works.... This was my first time trying tempering, and it was incredible to feel my body actually relax and release under the pressure of the tempered steel bars. Walked out feeling loose, relaxed, and honestly better than I have in a while. 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back for more sessions. Highly recommend Beezy if you’re looking for real, effective body work. Show more

As someone who has a connective tissue disorder my muscles get very tight holding my joints in place. When I mentioned this to Beezy he went all out o...n research to learn about how my muscles and tissue works! Massage is a huge part of my routine to keep pain levels low. I’ve never seen anything like Texas body tempering so I decided to check it out. Beezy was so warm and welcoming, his energy is alittle bit more upbeat than your typical massage but it still was so relaxing! The rollers I felt helped relax my larger muscles so he was really able to focus on working on the smaller muscles during the massage to get them to release. I haven’t felt that loose in years and it was an amazing experience! I feel my body has stayed looser in the days following as well. His enthusiasm for learning about my condition and asking his colleagues about it made it seem like he didn’t just see me as another client on the books but someone to further his learning and make it a better experience for others! Beezy amazes me every time I see him! He’s constantly molding his craft & continuously evolving. It’s been fun to watch & experience. I love his visio...n, I love his whys, how he truly wants to work on things to help fix them.
