Acrylic Nails

If I could, I would give zero stars! My daughter arrived early for her 4:00 pm nail acrylics appointment after driving 25 minutes. She was told to wai...t for Maidelin, the nail tech, who never showed up. Despite calling and texting to confirm what was happening, the communication was frustrating. Calls were dropped or ignored, and the only responses received were by text. I had already paid for the service and tip in advance. Shockingly, Maidelin stated she was busy with other clients and would not be available at the scheduled time. Instead, she offered to see my daughter more than two hours later (after 6:20PM) at a different, undisclosed location. This was after our appointment had been confirmed and paid for at the original salon. The level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Although my payment was eventually refunded, the time and effort spent (almost an hour of driving, plus the one hour of waiting inside the salon) can never be recovered. My daughter did not get her nails done as planned before her concert, and the entire ordeal was stressful and a complete waste of time. Based on our experience, I would never recommend this service to anyone. In the end, the savings were not worth it, and we learned the hard way to check reviews first. Show more

The only thing I see in this review is that you are one of those people who likes to hurt a business and a person that you could not even meet. I offered you an apology because when you made your appointment I was serving clients and it is rude to work with the phone in your hand because if I were doing your nails you would not like me to be looking at the phone instead of my work. I apologized a thousand times because I didn't get to see her appointment because I had a lot of people attending to her but even so I finished work on my schedule at 6 and I offered to see her at 6:20 so that her daughter could have her nails done and make a good impression on her, and yes I clearly explained to her that I haven't worked in that location for two days and I offered to send her my new location and she didn't even accept but as soon as she told me that she needed her refund I went and sent her her refund and apart from that I was very careful that she received her full refund so that tells you that I am a serious person. You need God in your life, I forgive you
