First I would like to mention that your last appointment was over 3 weeks ago, to be exact on October 7th, which makes me wonder why it took you too long to do it, or even reach out to me personally to let me know how you were feeling because you have my personal cell phone number. I always like to apologize but in this case I can swear neither me or anyone in my salon were talking about you or your animal. Let me remind you my staff came to you and were in love with it, they both have cats and love them. I will never disrespect my clients and will never let my team do it. It is very sad to get a review like this when it didn’t happen because it takes a lot to build a reputation for you to come and say something absolutely didn’t happen, and I do have camaras at the salon to prove it.
