Hey I apologize but your appointment was at 8:45 PM you canceled at 7:16 PM. YES I WAS NOT AT SHOP AT 7:16 MY shop is closed at 7 Pm on Saturday my books are still open because I come do cuts and leave per bio. You cancel 1 hour and 30 minutes before your appointmentr and giving me a bad review is not fair if you were going to be that early, call me. My information is all on Booksy. Have a great day.
