Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a Highlights appointment with Denny for 1:30 PM and paid a $112.50 prepayment in advance. When I arrived ...after a 20-minute drive, the salon was empty — no staff, no front desk, no record of my appointment anywhere. The person who booked with me was not there and did not answer the phone; calls went straight to voicemail, and my message was never returned. Because this was a weekend appointment, I lost the chance to book elsewhere and now have no way to reschedule for this weekend. Despite the complete no-show, my card was still charged and the appointment was marked as completed in the system. This was unprofessional from start to finish: no communication, no accountability, and a charge for a service that was never provided. I would not recommend booking here.

Denny at Studio 20 is amazing! He has over 57 years of experience, he really knows what he’s doing. I got my first razor cut from him, and it was such... a cool experience—super precise. You can tell he puts real care into every detail. If you’re in Bellevue and need a great haircut, he’s definitely the one to see!
