I really try to extend grace, however, when I booked, it was for a same day. The stylist confirmed then sent me a message saying she was not in the sh...op??? Why would you not cancel, then tells me if I cancel it would automatically give her the service amount? Crazy? Right. Then she rescheduled and then did not honor her time nor offer any discount. If you have a policy that would make me pay for inconvenience why would you not extend the same to your client? This is definitely the last time we will ever book.
