HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COST. She confirmed booking with deposit collected then she subsequently sent a message on Facebook that she could n...o longer do today because her 4pm would run over. I called her and she said she will call back in 30 mins to 45 mins and I have been waiting for 2 hours now. Had to style my own hair on my birthday weekend myself. I do not typically leave a review but extremely disappointed by this experience and would like my refund of deposit immediately. Update: I booked in advance. My appointment was for 5.30pm and I booked it before 4pm. I have had to file a dispute with my bank because the vendor confirmed my booking and collected my deposit even though she knew she could not make it to the appointment- see picture for her response. So she did not have to confirm the appointment if she knew she was NOT AVAILABLE. I have had to file a dispute with my bank for the charges because this is fraudulent. How do you confirm an appointment that you cannot make, collect the customer's deposit and then cancel the appointment via Facebook, Why not cancel the appointment on Booksy yourself so I could be refunded the deposit? HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER PAY FOR ANY DEPOSIT FOR HAIR AGAIN. Show more
