I’ve been going to the person since forever her work is always on point! Her braid are always neat tight work!
Braids
So I recently got service at this hairstylist with high hopes. I came in, and I sat down. I asked her if I already discussed with her how I wanted it ...laid out, and she said "no." I showed her a picture on the box of hair I bought with me, and showed the model and told her I wanted it laid out like that. And then I told her where I wanted the part. She did my hair, and to my horror, my hair looked nothing like I'd requested. Not even similar. I explained this to her, and she legitimately asked "So what do you want me to do about it?". As a professional hair stylist, she asked me that. I tried to be nice and said "I can try to come back tomorrow and maybe we could redo it" so she wouldn't have to go back to back. She said she would recharge me for the service then. Which would've totaled to $200 because the original service was $100. I told her that I was not paying her $200 dollars because she didn't follow directions, and that if she was really going to recharge me, I would just leave my hair as it is but deduct money for poor service. She insisted that I never told her how I wanted it done, and only told her where I wanted the part. She initially told me to take my money and leave, but then snatched the money out of my hand, got the amount she felt she earned, and gave me a $20 back. I left feeling very degraded by the business. I am truly not happy with the work or the professionalism before I went to her i send that pic and asked picture asking if she could do that style she... stated yes I get home and really look at it and realized my hair is completely different I contacted her she offered to send me some of my money back but never did them she called me as I’m trying to express myself to her she talked over me not allowing me to speak I told her she was being very unprofessional I told her thank you and I hung up I felt like one of those memes this is what I asked for but this is what I got Show more
