I apologize for being late that is bad professionalism on my behalf, I was never informed at the end of the haircut that you didn’t like the cut. The complete opposite you said you loved the haircut and we talked the whole time during your haircut, but either way in sorry you didn’t like your experience with me if there’s anything I could do to change your opinion I'd gladly do so!
