I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I had a confirmed makeup appointment, but when I arrived at the location, I was unable to access the bu...ilding and received no response from the provider. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I heard nothing back. This was especially frustrating given that the appointment had been confirmed days in advance. Completely unprofessional and incredibly disappointing—especially on the day I was relying on their services. Show more
