My son kept asking me to come to get a haircut from his barber Ramel. I was reluctant to go because my current barber had been cutting my hair for alm...ost 13 years. So I finally gave in and went with my son to get a haircut, after him asking me about 50 times and that was one of the best decisions that have ever made. My haircut, O.M.G. was the best that I ever had. My edges were sharp and on point, without any enhancements. If i could give Ramel 10 stars I would. My lesson in all of this is, sometimes change is good. In this case with changing to Ramel, change was great and I'm happy with my haircuts. Show more

Subject: Disappointed with Service and Appointment Management I wanted to bring to your attention a frustrating experience I had during my recent app...ointment. I arrived on time at 9 a.m., but ended up waiting over 30 minutes while my scheduled chair time was given to another customer. As a result, my haircut felt rushed and lacked the quality I expected. To make matters worse, I was sent home with the job half-finished, only to have to return and wait again behind two other customers before it was completed. This was not only inconvenient, but it also showed a lack of respect for my time as a paying client. I hope this feedback helps improve scheduling and service for future appointments.
