The atmosphere was welcoming! Kenya was very nice and soft spoken and knowledgeable she was able to look at my hair and tell the texture! My hair look...s smooth, glossy and the perfect firm!! My only thing I would change to make it easier for a new client provide a contact option if you are unfamiliar with the area but that does not change the top notch experience I had!
