Had appointment that didn't start on time. Waited over 15 mins. I told him to trim my son's hair on top and he cut all my son curls off. My poor baby ...was all upset saying why did he make me bald. He wasn't very friendly didn't talk at all. The hair cut was one of the worst hair cuts my son has had.
