After searching for a loctician who specializes in crochet microlocs, I found Michelle, owner of Dreadloc Doc in Fort Worth, and I am so grateful that... I did. She is only five minutes from my home, and after my experience, I can confidently say she was my last hope for saving my locs. Over time, my microlocs had become severely thinned from the interlocking method, and I was extremely concerned about the health of my hair. Michelle's skills are truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She began with a shampoo service unlike any I have ever experienced. She was gentle, used quality products, and gave the most relaxing scalp massage. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, making the entire experience feel more like self-care than a salon appointment. When it came time for the crochet work, Michelle was incredibly gentle.
