Client claims to have payed me through the Booksy app, my services are not set up to charge any cancellation or booking fees. No proof of payment was shown to me at the moment so a proper charge for the service was done which I agreed to refund In the case of proof being shown that the customer payed through the Booksy app. I also tried reaching out to the client, but didn't get a response, I kindly asked for this to be addressed, but still nothing was answered, thank you.
