Did you get your hair how you wanted ? Did you like it ? Where you waiting over a hour ? And was the family member a paying client ? And did you give the stylist a hard time ? Were you a nice and professional customer ? Did she get done in decent time ? Did she treat you with respect ? Did you say anything while you were there ? Or did you make a bad review for not getting the discount you expected in first place before you checked out ? Have you had to wait at any other hair shops? Where you picky because she a home stylist and not in a shop ? And you booked on a Friday and missed that appt and they stylist took off her 2nd job on that Saturday just to do your hair because you said you didn't know you booked it for Friday and you unappreciated her hard work it’s not okay at all if you gone complain make sure it make since anyone else who miss a first appt I would have cancelled and blocked ! And I would’ve took your hair down and gave you your money back with no issue because I have GREAT SERVICE !
