I’ve getting services for sometime with Locspro owner Mahawa. Often appts are doubled booked. I understand that it maybe more efficient for the operat...or to ping pong clients. However I’ve spoke with and left messages while booking that I expect to have my service start at my appointment time and to have my hair done straight to the end. I understand that sometimes styles will carry over causing start times to be late. This isn’t the case usually. I’ve offered to come early so that this can happen. As a business owner and management consultant, it’s important to manage customer expectations. Today I arrived at my appointment time at 9 am. She also had another 9 am appt. I waited 38 minutes to get serviced. She indicated again that the “system” doubled books. This isn’t the first time she explained this as the reason for double booking. I had hoped the “system”would be fixed. She works fast. She is a young person and a Black woman so writing a negative review is heart breaking for me. Her response to my feedback was also disappointing. I booked for a retwist for $85 $interlockin $140 isn’t listed on the page. Paid $100. This is what happens when the business owner doesn’t value UE. Feedback is the breakfast of champions. Show more

Never in my life have I ever booked an appointment with a stylist and then got GHOSTED! 😡 I booked my appointment through booksy (it was confirmed) a...nd when I arrived at the shop a half hour early, the lights were off and the door was locked! I thought well maybe they had to run out, i am early after all. NOPE! I sat there for 1 hour hoping someone would show and no one ever did! I didn't receive a text or a message... NOTHING! I'm livid! I will never come here again! Show more
