I had a great experience with Karen. For years I've done Brazilian Blowout. Karen did a healthy non-toxic keratin treatment instead. My hair is soft a...nd smooth, all without unhealthy ingredients. She also recommend shampoo and condition to extend my hair treatment, which I am loving. Honestly, she is amazing!!!
