I made an honest mistake as a first time customer accidentally entering the wrong location which (along with unexpectedly heavy traffic) lead to me ar...riving later (5:30 instead of 5) and Jayden didn’t even let me book a later appointment for 7pm.

I took my grandson for starter licks. Talking to Jay was nice. He was nice and respectful and we felt at ease. I was impressed with his professiona...lism and the conversations he had with my grandson. He loved discussing track, basketball , and especially wrestling with Jay. We discussed prices ahead of time and he got my 13 year old grandson looking fly. He also recommended products that work and my grandson is reallly happy with starting his loc journey. I recommend Jay.
