If I could give this woman negative stars I would, I took my daughter to see this person because the woman we prefer increased her prices and I was lo...oking for someone I could afford… be careful what you ask for!!!! This woman moved a month after we began seeing her, making it inconvenient for us but we tried to work with her…she felt the need to continuously cut my kids hair, every four weeks this woman wanted to “trim” her hair. That’s cool for short styles but my kids hair WAS down her back. The proper trimming time is 8 to 10 weeks and any stylist would know that. When I confronted her on her cutting my kids hair, she interrupted me and said “I trimmed it”. I corrected her and told her she cut it , she gave me some fake smile and said she wouldn’t cut her hair again. First of all, it’s bad business to argue with your clients, second, why the hell are you cutting hair every four weeks we are black, not white. my daughter has lost about 4 inches in 3 months. We Have since gone back to our old hairstylist. I’m willing to pay the extra fee, so my kid doesn’t have to lose all her hair due to this woman’s inexperience. To add insult to injury when I told her via text please do better next time, she sent me a nasty text message. she does not take critiques well…be careful with this one!!!!! Show more
