She is unprofessional as hell!!!!! I had a 10am appointment and she never showed up, so I left!! I am a new client, what kind of presentation is that!...!! If you want professionalism go ELSEWHERE!!! You know damn well you confirmed that appointment. You’re just unprofessional! Keep your personal issues at home and be professional at work!!!! Well you’re still not professional! Take yourself off Booksy if you don’t use it! Furthermore you knew I was sitting there waiting, hence the reason I sat there for 40 minutes. The barber spoke with you and you told him you were on your way! You had another client sitting and waiting as well, AND you were going back and forth texting him with your personal issues as to why you were not there! Of course you don’t need my business, but it will bring attention to others that you need to work on your professionalism, and time management skills before attempting to use your services! FYI yes I did find someone to do my hair!! Guess what she was PROFESSIONAL!! Thank You!!

I didn’t confirm your appointment love! But I’m glad that it never happened. Whew. UPDATE: I did not confirm anything. I rarely use Booksy because of events like this where clients believe we have a set appointment, when we do not. As you can see via my other reviews, everything's very professional. The stylist that you or he spoke to was not me. It was my coworker love. Booksy confirmed your appointment. Not I. Thank you for your persistence, editing reviews and so forth, but I’m positive myself and my business will thrive with or without your crassness. Have a good night, I hope you found someone to do your hair

I Love my hair. Cee is very professional and she takes her time. The only downfall is the environment. The owner came in “guns blazing” upset for what...ever reason. He was cursing and very loud and disrespectful to his employees. That experience alone would not make me come back. I hope the young lady is ok that specialize in doing locs. I commend the employees for remaining professional and respectful under the circumstances. Cee is “GREAT” highly recommend 10/10

Though my hair looks nice. To be an hour late and still charge the full price is unreasonable. When she walked in she did not speak or introduce herse...lf. I would advise to at least inform your client that you would be late. Or at least take a percentage off for the inconvenience.
