Brittanie was very nice and personable, however I hate my haircut. I feel like she spent more time talking about random things than she spent actually... listening to what I wanted done. My hair was almost below my waist.. I asked her to cut 3 inches off and it is now about 2 inches past my shoulders (about 6-8 inches cut) She did not check with me if I was okay with where she was cutting prior... (like every stylist I've ever had does) just cut it all off and then it was too late for me to say anything. I got in the car and immediately started crying because of how much I hate it. More care needs to be taken. Especially when I specifically told her that I still wanted it as long as I could just without the bad ends. Hair grows back, I know but I've spent the last 3 years growing it out to that length and now it's just gone. I wouldn't go here if you're expecting to be listened to or if your length means a lot. EDIT: Her response below goes to show how she was not listening to what I said I wanted. I stated what I wanted and didn't want multiple times. But I guess it wasn't heard? I also received a pretty nasty text message directly from her after posting this. Personally, I'd prefer someone who can take accountability or at the very least show professionalism. Show more

Your different. Being honest is all I can advise you to do. It's disrespectful to preform a no call no show. The best advise I could give you, is to take your husband with you to your next hair appointment to whomever you chose. so he can help you decide what you want 🤗🥰😉😉😉 can you please post a picture of my art that you hate?
