I'm really disappointed. Omar filled in for usual barber because I had an unexpected invitation and needed to look my best on short notice. I hadn't r...eally interacted with him but had seen him in the shop every time I've gone and got the impression he was very professional, so I expected great things. Unfortunately, he did so much damage to my mustache that I had to shave the whole thing off. The damage was very obvious, and he didn't own up to it at the end of the cut. At least my hair looked decent, I guess.
