Wow excellent service! Zack really takes his time on all of his clients. One of the few barbers that really understands how to capture their customers... vision and bring it to life. My sons were very satisfied with his work. My youngest, (4) was a bit frightened with the loud noise of the razor and had trouble adjusting at first but Zack made sure to be patient and gentle, helping him feel comfortable throughout the process. He took the time to reassure him, using a calm approach and making small adjustments to ease his fears. By the end of the haircut, my son was relaxed and even smiling! Zack’s professionalism, skill, and ability to work well with kids truly set him apart. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a barber who genuinely cares about their clients! Show more

(Before and after included pics attatched below)! My younger brother and I just finished our first appointment with Zack. We deeply appreciated his... focus and gentleness. We've gone to multiple other barbershops in town, and according to my brother, Zack has been the most gentle. My brother's past haircuts typically hurt, but this one had him feeling confident and calm. That means a lot to me. I saw Zack's number on the app, and texted him. He offered to show me where the barbershop was if we met at Al Marina- and he was very understanding when my brother and I arrived late. The shop is small, but populated. I wish there were more chairs to sit on- but I didn't really mind standing. A few of the adults sitting were young kids, or older than me. Not very exciting decoration- much more practical than expressive. Which is fine for me, I don't care about the color of a wall when my hair needs to be cut. Zack's tone in our original communication via text left a bit to be desired- but that may have just been a cultural difference? I asked a question and he answered it within the same day. That's all I really needed. To be honest, I was a bit put off by the lack of reviews on this app, and the fact that he doesn't have a separate website to showcase his work. But I'm glad we gave him a chance- it looks like we've found local next go-to barber! The barbershop had clean razors/cutters, used minimal products in his hair, and the shop was packed with kids. All the needs met for a good haircut, and we got one! Definitely recommend. I will be coming back. Show more
