I asked and posted a couple pictures of a style that I wanted, If there was anyone who knew how to do the style, This stylist raised her hand and said... I do. Looking at her work I assumed she knew what she was doing. The day of the appointment she asked me to change the time and come in early, I agreed. She then strolls in late. I notice she was not doing the style we requested but a completely different style. I mentioned that to her and she started to run around collecting the appropriate hair that she was supposed to have. I requested lavender and white and 4C. She gave me 4C, blonde, and purple. She was not prepared in the slightest to do the hairstyle I requested. This was two weeks ago I requested it. There was plenty of time to prepare. Nonetheless, I pick up my daughter and her hair looks nothing like the photos.. It's purple blonde the braids are skinny instead of thick and the designs look like a Cynthia doll with rubber bands on it and that's just not at all what we asked for. She decided to improvise because she didn't know how to do the style and added some random stuff. For $175 I expect to get exactly what I asked for. Completely and utterly disappointed as this was the second time my daughter tried to get this hairstyle and was left disappointed on her birthday. She clearly does not take her job seriously. Will not return. Show more
