People do not sign up for VIP with Stefanie Johnston because she will take your money, and not honor future appointments that you have paid for in adv...ance. I paid for 12 services in a calendar year that she only honored 7. She also pressure you foe more money while you still have 5 more remaining under you current contract !! Now at the end of the day i contacted Stefanie Johnston and she still refused to show me proof of my appointments. All stylist should show proof to their clients if there is a discrepancy. Stefanie Johnston ....however was a 5 star probably before her VIP.....nor im not suggesting she does bad hair. But her business practices is extremely corrupt in her own way. Just pay attention on how she operates because she will try to get you too. The only way is to expose her in a small claims court that she is now facing !! Show more

And your the only one that has a problem with vip rule. It was stated on your contract, which you responded you agreed to.  Just accept Vip ‘s not for everyone. Its ok🤷🏽‍♀️… Respectfully..
