I visited this place twice. The first time, I received a gel X extension. However, when I returned to have it removed, the technician didn't know how ...to properly take it off. As a result, my nail was damaged during the process. It's crucial to remove gel X correctly to prevent damage, and I don't understand how they can offer this service without knowing how to remove it properly. They also didn’t even try to provide a discount due to the damage, which reflects awful customer service Show more

First and last time coming here. I booked an appointment online for a gel pedicure which was immediately accepted. Upon arrival, I was told the techni...cian is not available until 30 minutes later with no explanation or apology. Luckily, I live in the area so was able to come back. After my service, I notice an hour later when I got home that there was no top coat on one of my feet. So I had to return for the third time to get the top coat applied. The space is clean and fresh with a nice variety of colors to choose from. Receptionist lacks any semblance of customer service. Show more
