While Trish was very friendly, overall, i was extremely disappointed. I scheduled an appt for a haircolor for my natural hair. At the end of my appo...intment, my hair was literally the exact same color as when i arrived. By the time i arrived home, my hair felt like straw and i had to quickly add moisture. It was my first visit to her and i will classify this as a $100+ lesson that i as a consumer will not make again. Show more

Hi Melissa, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. However I wish you would have contacted me directly if you felt the service that I provided wasn't up to par with what you asked me for. You said that you wanted a demi permanent color. As per clarified a couple of times. So, I serviced you with what you asked me for. You also stated that your hair was dry when you got home. Again I wished you had taken the time to give me the opportunity to fix your hair issue since you left the salon and compensated me with a tip which lead me to believe you were happy with your service. Where the disconnect came from is very unfortunate but I wish you well on your hair journey!
