We’re sorry you feel you received “horrible service,” but we also believe in being transparent and providing the full context. On multiple occasions, I personally picked you up from your home and dropped you back off, despite never charging you a transportation fee. You also pulled your own hair out and requested that I correct and repair it multiple times. Each time, I made an effort to help and accommodate you without charging an additional fee. We always strive to provide quality service, but we also expect honesty and fairness when reviews are left publicly. A 1-star review should reflect the complete experience, not leave out the accommodations and additional services provided at no charge.
