“I was very disappointed with my lash service. The technician was over an hour late because she was doing her own lashes elsewhere. Though the initial... shape looked nice, the application felt rushed, taking only 30 minutes when lash extensions should take nearly two hours. She used her bare hands instead of proper tools, and the lashes were glued to my skin, causing irritation and clumping. The results were heavy and lacked detail, with multiple natural lashes stuck together. Despite initially leaving a good review because she asked me to, I need to correct it now. I won’t be returning, and she needs to improve her service standards.” Show more

Which I really feel that your not being honest about , 1st of all you came in saying the same thing about another lash artist & also because we do have messages asking you about your lashes and you responded that you were super happy with the service , including you came again I don’t feel it’s very professional you putting personal business because you really don’t know what happened in the situation so I don’t know what’s your point and you doing this because if you had any problems you could of contacted me , We take professionalism and proper technique very seriously & I take very seriously when someone is trying to take someone look bad for no reason Best regards, Amimarluxe Beauty Bar
