Had my first Hydrafacial done with Noemi who was great and made me feel comfortable!! The staff was very friendly, atmosphere was clean. I have struggled with hyperpigmentation (melasma) on my face for a few years. While I’ve been deathly afraid of getting a chemical peel, from hearing ...multiple horror stories, I really wanted to try something to clear my skin. Allyson at Helios Med Spa was recommended by a friend so I visited and did a consultation. Allyson patiently answered all my questions and worked really hard to finally place my mind at ease. We decided on a less intensive peel, since this was my first. The procedure was painless and Allyson talked me through each step. At the end, she walked me through “what to expect” as well as a bag of goodies to care for my face over the next week. I trusted the process and I have to say that I couldn’t have been any happier with the results! My skin GLOWS!!! And my melasma spots have been drastically reduced! I had the most incredible experience at Helios Med Spa! I had 2 treatments, a hydrafacial and Red Light LED Therapy. Allyson was extremely knowledgeab...le and cared deeply about making my experience relaxing, enjoyable and informative. I have dry/dehydrated/sensitive skin and she did an amazing job at customizing my facial to focus on hydration, while avoiding acids that would irritate my skin barrier. At the end of the service she gave me several helpful tips on how to reduce my hyperpigmentation and plump fine lines, as well as different ways to keep my skin bright and dewy. My glow lasted almost 2 full weeks and I got tons of compliments! I highly recommend Allyson and Helios Med Spa and can’t wait for my next treatment! Show more
