I originally booked my nail appointment with the owner Yeni after seeing her work, my appointment somehow got double booked and I ended up with a diff...erent technician doing my nails which is okay but during the day she received a phone call about her AC being out and that seemed to become her top priority leaving me with bubbly nails that looked rushed, I did not request that she fix them due to the rush job she had done. I mentioned my nails to Chanty and she offered to fix the shape of my nails free of charge and made sure I left the building satisfied, she also did great on my toes! I would come back but only if my appointment is scheduled with the original person that I booked.
