I’be used Asnath Hair Braiding twice and have been pleasantly pleased. What I really enjoy is the service!! Isabel and her mom are so amazing and swe...et. I asked for a small detail to be changed on my braids on my second appointment, Isabel had no problem with honoring my request. There was nothing wrong with the braids, I received compliments from everyone, I just wanted a small detail changed. Where do I even begin? I came all the way to Texas for a wedding. I bleached my hair blonde specifically for the style I wanted. I even texted the sty...list a photo of my hair color and the exact look I was going for. I show up, and she tells me she only has black hair for the boho. Seriously? 🤦🏽‍♀️ Then on top of that, I booked small knotless braids with boho on Booksy price listed as $220. Tell me why I was charged $320?! Make it make sense. And let’s be real the hair wasn’t even human hair. The pack had a price tag of $8.99 or something cheap around those prices! I’m not saying the braids look bad, but it’s not what I wanted, and I’m beyond disappointed. Maybe there was a language barrier, fine. But that doesn’t explain why the app prices are misleading or why important details like the fact that she only had black curly hair were left out. That’s false advertising. Oh, and one more thing don’t even have a sister, so not sure where that came from. I had to Google what my options were after this mess. Completely unprofessional. Show more

Ma'am with all due respect I specifically asked you the color you wanted after showing you the options I had and you chose that mix after mentioning and showing me a picture that your sister has the same mix and that you wanted the same thing. We agreed on a new price because your boho extensions aren't synthetic and are real human hair. I constantly checked in with you during the entire process and you didn't raise any concern and that you liked the work I was doing. If you didn't like my work you wouldn't have allowed me to take a video of my work.
