I got my haircut with Cesar this was my third time going to him and for good reason. Every time I get my haircut I expect a certain look and he blows ...that out of the water. I love the fact that everything is done quickly and perfectly. He makes sure to double even triple check all the lines and everything always looks perfect if you need a barber or already have one but need someone better I recommend Cesar 100% of the time!
