When I arrived to the building I couldn’t get in because I was not told there was a code to enter, so I had to call her. Then she was 45 minutes late ...and didn’t do my hair like I wanted. I paid for 3 services that pretty much weren’t complete. The shop was nasty and I will not be going back.

Thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. Your appointment was booked the night before on Christmas Eve. All arrival instructions, including entry details, are provided at booking and in the confirmation message. When you arrived, I responded promptly so you could enter. Your appointment ran from 11:00 AM to 2:15 PM, and all services booked were completed: a detox, two-strand twists, and lightened ends. During styling, there was an area with very limited hair density, and no specific instruction was given on how you preferred that area handled. To maintain the integrity of your hair and avoid added tension, I styled it in a way that blended naturally with the twists. No concerns were communicated during or after the service, and you did leave a $10 tip, which typically reflects satisfaction at the time. Cleanliness and client experience are important to me, and had anything felt incomplete or uncomfortable, I would have addressed it immediately if mentioned.
