The experience itself was wonderful . I went out the door very happy . I left out the door unhappy. I had ordered a particular service and you have al...so added a% to that service as a credit card card - which 99% of people use and I also question that amount you charge for each transaction, Bury it in the service charge - a thought. Then the part that actually made me upset. I was completing the tip part - had looked at the suggested for how much you pay and the amount. I had not completed the amount at all and had one in hand as I was starting to write it at the same time adding for the total - when the person behind the desk took the bill from me to lecture me on looking at the suggested tip / how hard the person works and then told me what to leave as a tip. She didn’t stop - kept going in. I said I had not finished/ was aware as I had looked .. but she just kept going. I had left there from my therapist very happy - going to leave her a great tip- and this person spoiled it - I don’t know how you run a business but you don’t take the bill away as the customer who is attempting to complete it . And you don’t lecture people in what they should leave. You are charging a certain amount for that particular time and service . I am also looking at his great she did and how appreciative I am to leave her that great tip. I left and put a great tip which by the way they didn’t use… My take away is that the experience was ruined by her and I won’t be going back - No disrespect to my fantastic therapist - but I don’t need to be put through the 3rd degree when I am leaving a place for no good reason. So easy to make an appointment, me and my partner got a couples massage and it was so nice! They have essential oils for a bit of aromatherapy while t...hey massage you. Very great, deep massage and the ladies are nice and check in with you. They brought out hot stones and hot towels. Such a relaxing experience. Afterwards we were given chocolate and an iced tea drink. Show more

This was my very time having a massage. Let me tell you, it was the BEST experience I’ve ever had!! I came here for a couples massage and they treated... us so nice and they were so friendly!
