I was undecided on which braid style to get, Kendra was patient, and detailed with explaining the... braided ponytail I booked for and Knotless braids. I decided on small Knotless braids as I wanted to keep the braids in for a longer time length than the braided ponytail would give. She did not disappoint, I love my braids.
