I went for quick removal of gel. Inside of the spa is dirty, under construction apparently, terrible ambience. Badly damaged my nails with removal of ...gel polish nearly exclusively with motor tool, no solvent whatsoever. Used filthy nail file, clearly sharing between customers. First off it took over 4 hours for this service and they were not even busy. I called ahead of time and asked for the cost of a dip manicure and gel p...edicure and was advised $112.00. When I got there, she began the dip process then realized 20 minutes into it that the brand of glue used wasn't good. They offered gel and I asked over and over again will it chip and they promised it wouldn't. Well as you can see within a week it chipped and I didn't do anything besides wash dishes. The first chip happened the next day! After they were done they advised me that the cost is $150.00 including the eye brows arched which was $20. If you do the math that means they're charging me $130 for the mani and pedi instead of $112.00 which was quoted over the phone and the gel suppose to be cheaper than dip. They did accept the $112.00 with an attitude but now I have to pay someone else to fix my nails. Show more

My hair is like wavy and bad split ends. ✂️👩 Jari did my hair. Like that I don't have to wait I came in like 10 minutes before of appointment time, s...he just got right to point with my hair with wash with shampoo and conditioner. Then she switch me to another chair for hair cut with scissors and blow dryer. Did great job. I only let urban hair salons or barbers touch my head or hair..So I will come back this salon. Show more
