The nail techs were nice but it was poor quality nail service. I’ve gotten a Russian manicure and pedicure done for over a year and I wanted to try a ...new place. I did not get the technician I was supposed to get and instead the technician I was supposed to get was doing other clients during my appointment. The technician that was working on me didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. My pedicures usually takes an hour and 30 minutes at my usually nail place, but here it was 2 hours and it wasn’t a good pedicure. She didn’t have the proper tools to do a dry pedicure and instead was using a callous remover for a manicure NOT a pedicure. She even looked confused while she was doing my pedicure. My nails took 3 hours, which is ridiculous because I just got a French manicure. She over cut my cuticles, and my fingers were sore during and after the appointment. When the technician was applying the polish she asked for assistance from the technician that was supposed to be doing my nails and that technician ended up finishing my service, and it was a bit unprofessional. When she messed up on the polish she used her finger to wipe it off and it ended up leaving an imprint of her finger on one of my nails. In total I was there for 5 hours, my appointment was at 10am and I left close to 3:30pm. I’ve never experienced this when I’ve gotten a Russian set before so I’m disappointed that I received this type of service. I’ve attached a photo of my cuticles so you can see that they over cut them to the point that they were bleeding. All in all, I feel like the owner needs better professionalism when it comes to new clients. Don’t let an inexperienced technicians do new clients because this was the outcome and I feel like I wasted my money and time. Also this is day 2 of having my nails done and the gel polish is already lifting on one of my nails.
